The Human Resources Division supplies qualified technical and professional staff to Middle East clients.

The Company has wide ranging contracting and consultancy experience in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries, as well as the commercial and financial sectors. At present over 400 personnel are on assignmnt to clients at various project locations throughout the Middle East.

The Company has contracts with Government Organizations for the provision of Engineers, Teachers and Trainers, Computer Consultants and Communications Experts. JATCO has provided specialist manpower services to the oil industry in general and Saudi Aramco in particular for 30 years.
Individual consultants or project teams are available for short and long term secondment.

To service client and in-house requirements the company retains a worldwide network of affiliates and agents in USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Philippines, India, Pakistan & Sri Lanka enabling access to a large databank of qualified and experienced consultants and technicians.

Al Jehat company also has a well developed Saudization Program. Working with Al Jehat Institute the HR Division has developed training courses and on-the-job schemes to encourage and assist Saudi nationals to enter the workplace. The company currently employs more than 250 Saudi nationals.
 

Al Jehat company has pioneered the training and placement female staff. Currently 65 lady employees are on secondment to the national oil company.
